Its that time of year again where everyone starts to wind down and prepare themselves to indulge in too much food and wine, those of you who have given us your postal address should have received a real Christmas card in the post, but for everyone else we would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year.

Online Meeting Room Booking

Our meeting room has been growing in popularity this year and hence we have built an intuitive new online booking system that will allow you to book meetings 24/7 on your mobile, tablet or computer, so at the weekend when you suddenly realise you didn't book a room for your meeting on Monday, you can check we have availability and book within minutes. Our regular clients can pay via direct debit and PayPal will be available for all one off meeting room bookings.

Helping to reduce your admin time

We try and provide the most efficient serviced office space we can in the heart of Reading, as with most serviced offices our clients pay a monthly invoice in advance, however the larger competitors all bill via a variable direct debit which keeps the administration time to a bare minimum for both the provider and the client. We introduced Direct Debit as the means of payment for our Virtual Office clients in the summer of 2015 and are now preparing to launch Direct Debit payments for all our internal serviced office and permanent desk clients.
